What you'll do
- Respond to crisis calls, primarily nights and weekends with some days
- provide crisis intervention and referrals
- use screening and assessment tools to evaluate risk and recommend level of care to the on-call qualified mental health professional
- collaborate with emergency services, law enforcement, and medical professionals
- develop safety plans with clients
- coordinate communication and referrals
- document services
- participate in team meetings and supervision
- screen, assess, and intervene for trauma symptoms
- follow abuse and neglect reporting procedures.
