What you'll do

• Develop COGS estimates for healthcare and commercial projects
• maintain estimating databases, bills of materials, and historical cost data
• use analytics, AI, and modeling tools to improve estimates
• prepare estimates from conceptual through GMP phases
• analyze risk, pricing, and value engineering
• collaborate with design, manufacturing, construction, supply chain, finance, vendors, and subcontractors
• document estimating-to-operations handoffs
• support proposals and client discussions
• improve tools, processes, and metrics.
