What you'll do

• Mow lawns, trim hedges and shrubs, pull weeds, and maintain flower beds
• train employees and organize work
• direct workflow and monitor project progress
• instruct employees in safe equipment and chemical use
• review work for safety, timeliness, and compliance with procedures
• monitor and maintain irrigation systems
• perform other assigned duties and projects.
