What you'll do

• Conduct listed diagnostic tests, including visual acuity, OPD3, OCT, IOL Master, autorefraction, auto lensometry, Icare tonometry, visual fields, and topography
• greet patients and complete intakes
• act as surgical counselor when requested for hub locations and monthly travel clinics
• support the team when the Team Manager is absent
• maintain patient folders, records, calls, and EHR information
• train and guide other Guides when needed
• inspect, clean, and maintain clinical equipment and the van fleet
• travel at least twice monthly for clinic support, with additional travel as needed.
