Job overview
The Music Sales Advisor is an onsite position located in Laurel, MD. Compensation is $15.00 - $16.00/hr plus commission, supporting the store's sales and profit objectives at Music & Arts. This role exists to consistently achieve individual sales goals, provide superior customer service, and take on senior-level responsibilities. The advisor will build customer relationships, promote the lesson program, and assist with store operations.
What you'll do
- Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals
- Promote the Music & Arts lesson program
- Create business by networking with teachers/schools, churches, and community organizations
- Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service
- Promote customer loyalty
- Participate in merchandising, displays, and maintenance
- Maintain store security.
