What you'll do

• Help children and families achieve goals and maximize independence and daily functioning through interventions and advocacy
• conduct individual, family, and group treatment interventions as indicated in service plans
• coordinate evaluations and assessments
• provide transportation when appropriate
• deliver culturally informed services
• and maintain required ECR/EHR documentation.
