Systems Integration Technician — Video Surveillance

The Systems Integration Technician role is onsite in Maryland Heights, MO. Compensation is $50,000–$55,000 per year. The technician joins Watchtower Security’s Projects Department, supporting managed video surveillance systems for multifamily housing communities. The role helps implement new and existing client systems through equipment configuration, installation support, connectivity verification, troubleshooting, and project documentation. It contributes to consistent project delivery and system functionality across client sites.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain project documentation, including network and property maps and equipment lists
• coordinate internet service installation scheduling
• configure switches, radios, routers, and IP cameras
• support field installers remotely with camera aiming and tuning
• verify network connectivity and system functionality
• provide tele-support with the Service team
• troubleshoot basic network issues
• coordinate equipment ordering with Inventory and Procurement
• collaborate with project stakeholders
• manage site removal and system decommissioning.
