• Provide spiritual and operational leadership for the local campus
• develop staff, volunteers, and emerging leaders
• collaborate on campus plans, budgets, fundraising, and donations
• oversee vocational training partnerships and budgets
• lead campus fundraising and community outreach
• and support residents’ spiritual needs, safety, and development.
