What you'll do

• Lead field crews and coordinate daily jobsite work, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
• plan work sequences and monitor schedules
• interpret project plans and specifications
• communicate progress, scope changes, and delays to project leadership
• support permits and inspections
• manage crew attendance and performance
• and promote safety through meetings, inspections, and hazard assessments. Overtime, after-hours, or night work may be required to meet project schedules.
