Human Resources Director

What you'll do

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and personnel management
• develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
• collaborate with department heads on staffing needs, plans, and scheduling
• conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring
• address employee issues
• ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies
• analyze and report HR metrics
• develop and manage an employee engagement and recognition budget. Requirements include an associate’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field and at least three years of HR leadership or management experience
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
