What you'll do

• Coordinate routine maintenance and service providers
• communicate maintenance issues and major repairs to the House Corporation
• obtain vendor estimates
• report damage requiring insurance claims
• develop long-term facility care plans
• attend monthly House Corporation meetings
• communicate chapter trends to the Chapter Adviser
• recruit, supervise, schedule, and support staff
• manage new-hire paperwork and payroll review
• reconcile the house credit card
• follow campus, fraternity, corporation, and chapter policies.
