What you'll do

• Assess residents' dietary needs and preferences and collaborate on individualized meal plans
• develop menus that meet dietary requirements, preferences, and regulations
• supervise, train, and evaluate dietary staff
• ensure food safety and sanitation
• assist with budget management and food-cost control
• interact with residents and use feedback to improve dining
• collaborate with nursing and therapy staff
• maintain menu, assessment, and compliance records.

Why this role
