Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager works onsite in Darby, Pennsylvania, overseeing residential and commercial construction projects from handoff through completion and closeout. What you'll do

• Own assigned projects from handoff through closeout
• review estimates, scopes, contracts, and insurance approvals
• develop schedules and coordinate crews, subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and utilities
• communicate with customers and document decisions
• monitor costs, labor productivity, purchases, invoices, and change orders
• conduct quality and safety inspections
• maintain project records
• complete final walkthroughs and closeout documentation
• report project status, risks, and significant issues to the Construction Manager.
