What you'll do

• Lead nursing-unit operations, supervise staff, and monitor patient care. Support staff clinical development and patient and family education

• ensure medication and safety policies are followed
• and coordinate communication, handoffs, and follow-up across nursing staff, other disciplines, physicians, and families.
