The FSO leads the organization’s industrial security program, protecting company assets, classified information, intellectual property, facilities, and employee safety. The role connects government security requirements with operational practices through facility and personnel security, compliance, risk management, and incident response.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain the industrial security program
• advise executive leadership on security threats and compliance
• oversee security budgets, vendors, access systems, and physical security architecture
• liaise with DCSA, law enforcement, and government sponsors
• manage physical security programs and secure facility operations
• administer personnel clearance processes and briefings
• coordinate onboarding and offboarding access
• ensure compliance with NISPOM, NIST, CMMC, ITAR/EAR, and ISO 27001 frameworks
• conduct inspections and risk assessments
• manage insider-threat processes and security investigations
• lead security awareness training.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, 7–10+ years of progressive security experience, 3–5 years as a designated FSO or Assistant FSO, and completion of the DCSA/CDSE FSO course; active Top Secret clearance is preferred.
