Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Indian Springs, NV, with compensation of $110,000–$135,000 per year. The position supports Pavilion Construction’s construction projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout. The Project Manager owns planning, execution, financial performance, and delivery, coordinating clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams. The role helps ensure projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality expectations while mentoring project team members and maintaining clear project reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout
• develop project plans, schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and milestones
• lead kickoff meetings
• oversee budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, and profitability
• coordinate project stakeholders and subcontractors
• manage contracts and deliverables
• monitor progress and risks
• review RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• support jobsite safety and quality
• mentor team members
• report project status
• oversee punch lists and client turnover.
