What you'll do

• Supervise program activities
• work with a supervisor to establish and expand programs
• support staff and volunteers
• maintain staff records
• monitor pool operations and records
• ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and proper pool maintenance
• schedule classes, practices, and events
• monitor program effectiveness and participation
• assist with marketing, fundraising, and special events
• attend staff meetings and training.
