What you'll do

• Contact customers to confirm upcoming appointments
• follow up to secure confirmations
• identify cancellations or conflicts and preserve or reschedule appointments
• maintain sales calendars
• support route mapping and territory planning
• communicate changes to sales representatives
• maintain accurate customer and appointment records
• set qualified appointments with warm leads during downtime
• meet confirmation and appointment goals.
