What you'll do

• Lead clinical quality, treatment outcomes, and ABA programming for assigned learners
• provide at least 25 supervision hours per week
• develop and oversee individualized data-driven treatment plans
• supervise, mentor, coach, and develop RBTs
• build relationships with families
• uphold documentation and clinical standards
• partner with clinic operations on staffing, onboarding, retention, and team support
• mentor future clinical leaders.
