The role helps maintain safe, efficient, audit-ready operations while assisting the Plant Supervisor with daily work.

What you'll do

• Supervise production activities
• load and unload trucks and trailers
• prepare and pack customer orders for transport
• train and assist employees and new hires
• enforce OSHA requirements
• conduct root-cause analysis of production issues
• maintain facility cleanliness and audit readiness
• allocate resources
• support the Plant Supervisor with daily operations.
