• Provide customer service while carrying out site-specific access control and emergency response procedures
• monitor entry points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and contractors
• maintain visitor and delivery records and issue or collect credentials
• respond professionally to access incidents and alarms
• conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, business areas, and the perimeter.
