What you'll do

• Greet, guide, and register visitors
• lead groups of 10–25 guests safely
• share stories about the Observation Deck, Rockefeller Center, and New York City
• answer guest questions
• learn site and local history
• operate wireless tour equipment and adapt to indoor and outdoor conditions.
