What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
• maintain floor presence and standards for hospitality, execution, and teamwork
• manage food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest experience
• recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop employees
• build future leaders
• respond to guest concerns
• drive sales
• manage labor, scheduling, productivity, food cost, inventory, waste, ordering, and receiving
• analyze operational and financial metrics
• support front- and back-of-house operations during peak periods
• help establish scalable systems and standards.
