What you'll do

• Oversee team work and daily volume
• assist with coaching, counseling, and performance input
• support personnel moves
• help ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy
• step into lab areas when staffing needs arise
• coordinate with other departments on special requests and workflow issues
• maintain procedure manuals and train employees on processes
• research internal performance issues
• support staff scheduling and escalate customer or partner issues.
