What you'll do

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as instructed in the Aide Plan of Care
• document care according to agency policy
• report deviations from the plan to the case manager
• take vital signs when indicated
• observe and report changes in physical condition, behavior, or appearance
• monitor skin condition and report concerns
• assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion
• assist the registered nurse with specialized procedures as directed under physician orders
• participate in on-call duties as defined by policy.

Why this role
