Materials Planner

Job overview

The Materials Planner role is onsite in Vernon, CA, with pay of $35–$40 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. The planner helps keep repair schedules and customer commitments on track by coordinating material availability, purchasing, deliveries, and order information. The role connects Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, Operations, suppliers, and customers to support timely repair work.

What you'll do

• Prepare repair quotations
• review inventory and expected delivery times
• check customer orders for pricing, delivery dates, shipping and billing information, and specifications
• communicate order status and expedite requests
• request supplier quotes and initiate purchase orders
• manage invoices
• coordinate supplier deliveries and reconciliation
• assist with receiving, inspection, packaging, and shipping.
