What you'll do

• Manage clinical and administrative aspects of the ABA Program, including clinical decisions, reports, behavior plans, assessments, parent training, staffing, scheduling, budget and expenses
• participate in personnel management, program design, quality assurance, and policy development
• analyze data and develop individualized programs, functional behavior assessments, behavior plans, and progress reports
• supervise and train behavior therapists, RBTs, BCBAs, and candidates
• collaborate with parents, multidisciplinary teams, and service providers.
