What you'll do

• Lead pre-opening and post-opening training teams
• coordinate opening timelines and coaching
• update training agendas, playbooks, materials, and tools
• evaluate trainers and create development plans
• oversee cafe routines including inventory, ordering, scheduling, checklists, and KPI readiness
• monitor labor costs and truck pars during the first three weeks of openings
• ensure training accuracy in cash handling, register operations, safe counts, and bank deposits.
