What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to facility dietary guidelines
• monitor cleanliness and sanitation of food-service areas
• store food according to applicable guidelines
• set up dining areas
• provide backup during food-service emergencies
• maintain kitchen equipment and the kitchen area
• perform other tasks assigned by the Dietary Manager.
