Mitigation Project Manager

The Mitigation Project Manager role is onsite in Portland, OR, with pay of $20–$24 per hour. Any Hour Water and Fire provides emergency response for water, fire, mold, and environmental property losses. The role oversees mitigation projects from initial assessment through completion, coordinating field crews, customers, insurance partners, documentation, and resources. It contributes to safe, timely, and high-quality recovery work while supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily mitigation operations and field crews
• inspect water, fire, and mold damage
• prepare scopes, estimates, and job plans
• communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
• manage timelines, budgets, and quality
• ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• oversee equipment setup, monitoring, moisture readings, photos, and job verification
• review documentation
• monitor KPIs
• assist with inventory and resource allocation
• participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends.
