Maintenance Technician — First Shift

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Grand Prairie, TX, with pay of $36–$38 per hour and a 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. first shift. Qual Pac provides packaging solutions and contract packaging and fulfillment services. The role maintains production and warehouse equipment and facilities through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Reliable equipment supports safe, efficient operations and helps keep production running.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on material-handling equipment
• document maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• select repair parts and update records
• repair mechanical damage and replace defective parts
• maintain batteries and chargers
• troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• interpret schematics, manuals, and work orders
• repair production machines and warehouse structures
• follow OSHA safety requirements.

Why this role
