The Weekend Warrior Nurse (Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse) works onsite in Manville, RI. Pay is $50–$55 per hour. Holiday Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 170-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility focused on compassionate, high-quality resident care. The nurse delivers skilled clinical care, monitors resident conditions, and follows individualized care plans and physician treatment plans. The role supports resident health, dignity, and well-being through safe medication administration, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Provide resident care according to nursing standards, physician treatment plans, and written care plans
• administer medications and treatments
• monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes
• maintain accurate and timely documentation
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• follow infection-control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations. Requires an active, unencumbered Rhode Island RN or LPN license and valid BLS certification.
