• Drive financial performance by managing labor, inventory, and operating costs.
• Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee food service preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Conduct regular safety and maintenance inspections.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly.
