What you'll do

• Prospect and win enterprise accounts
• build relationships with technical, procurement, and talent acquisition leaders
• lead vendor onboarding, MSA and rate negotiations, and compliance
• grow accounts into multi-consultant engagements
• translate client needs for US and India recruiting teams
• maintain CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reporting
• represent Vailexa at industry events and client meetings
• share market and competitor insights.
