What you'll do

• Oversee project planning, execution, site supervision, and completion. Develop procedures from specifications, schedules, and labor requirements
• prepare cost estimates, budgets, work schedules, and production reports. Manage project costs, schedules, submittals, and close-out documents. Coordinate supervisors and subcontractors, conduct site inspections and risk assessments, ensure code and safety compliance, monitor quality, and resolve project issues.
