What you'll do

• Support a positive and respectful classroom
• greet children and families
• assist with individual developmental, behavioral, cultural and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral plans as directed
• support curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families, coworkers and leadership
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• assist with escalated child behaviors
• participate in required meetings, training and professional development.

Why this role

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field preferred but not required if state licensing requirements are met. Must meet state licensing qualifications and obtain required background clearances and health screenings; CDA preferred but not required if state requirements are satisfied. Schedules may vary and are not guaranteed to be eight-hour shifts.
