What you'll do
- Interact with Manufacturing Managers to implement changes to processes, techniques, and fixtures.
- Assess changes required in production and develop ways to sustain improvements.
- Manage all clean and cap department incoming materials.
- Cooperate professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Establish and maintain SPC control charts.
- Investigate handling-related scrap and shell process defects using root cause analysis.
- Prepare and maintain work procedures.
