What you'll do

• Help oversee training of kitchen employees
• support back-of-house scheduling and labor objectives
• maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• prepare required paperwork and schedules
• monitor equipment condition
• order and receive products
• ensure recipes and preparation standards are followed
• manage food cost, inventory, prep lists, waste records, temperatures, and product rotation.
