The Event Captain is a part-time, onsite role based in Miami, FL, with a pay rate of $32.00–$36.00 per year. This position supports the Dining & Events segment. This role exists to lead event service and ensure every detail is executed with the highest level of hospitality. The Event Captain supervises front- and back-of-house teams to create exceptional experiences at luxury events.

What you'll do

• Leading and supporting event staff to ensure a seamless and successful service.
• Overseeing event setup, equipment transportation, service areas, inventory, and catering equipment.
• Maintaining organization and presentation of storage and event spaces.
• Assisting with room setup and décor to ensure events are executed to the highest standards.
• Providing exceptional client service and addressing guest and client needs throughout the event.
