What you'll do

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• clean garbage cans, work areas, equipment, floors, counters, walk-in and freezer areas, hoods, and vents
• sort trash, compost, and cardboard
• organize and label items using FIFO
• receive and stock supplies
• move supplies
• assist with food cleaning and preparation
• leave the kitchen sanitary at shift end.
