Associate Revenue Manager

The role monitors RevPAR, forecasts market results, and works with local general managers and property partners to improve underperforming units and regional revenue.

What you'll do

• Set regional rates and manage occupancy against plan
• make pricing decisions using comparable properties, seasonality, and local events
• manage length-of-stay rules and monthly rates
• oversee channel positioning, rate parity, and promotions
• identify underperforming apartments and work with local general managers and supply teams on improvements
• forecast regional performance weekly and adjust strategy
• explain pricing decisions to general managers and property partners.
