This role assists an Occupational Therapist in improving patients' quality of life and daily activity performance by assisting with therapy activities and exercises. The COTA monitors and records services, selects and modifies interventions, and exchanges information with the occupational therapist.

What you'll do

• Provides, monitors and records services to patients/residents with physical, cognitive, developmental and psychosocial impairments.
• Selects, implements, and modifies activities and interventions that are consistent with demonstrated competency levels and goals.
• Exchanges information with and provides documentation to the occupational therapist.
• Knowledgeable about the patient's/resident's targeted occupational therapy outcomes.
