What you'll do

• Provide outpatient neurological evaluations and consultations
• diagnose and manage neurological disorders including headaches, epilepsy, neuropathy, movement disorders, dementia, and multiple sclerosis
• develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans
• coordinate diagnostic testing and collaborate with referring physicians and specialists
• educate patients and families
• maintain timely EMR documentation
• participate in quality improvement and multidisciplinary care coordination.
