Support Associate

What you'll do

• Oversee stockroom operations and inventory control
• conduct cycle counts and communicate discrepancies
• manage transfers, damages, fulfillment, holds, replenishment, shipping, and receiving
• organize storage and maintain product flow
• support sales-floor coverage and customer service
• follow packaging and transaction guidelines
• participate in team meetings and visual standards
• maintain stockroom and store upkeep
• coordinate repairs and supplies
• perform opening and closing procedures
• partner with IT on helpdesk inquiries. Retail experience is preferred
• the schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
