Production Laborer — Precast Concrete

The Production Laborer role is onsite in Massillon, OH, on the day shift. Compensation is $20–$40 per hour. The role supports DBO, LLC’s production of precast concrete banks. The laborer performs hands-on production work to prepare molds, place components, pour and finish concrete, and maintain a safe, organized work area. These tasks help meet production schedules and product quality standards in a heavy industrial environment.

What you'll do

• Place internal components before pouring
• pour, vibrate, and finish concrete to specifications
• perform post-pour quality checks and address non-critical surface imperfections
• report major quality issues
• direct cement trucks with hand signals
• safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• complete assigned molds and prepare the area for the night shift
• follow OSHA and company safety procedures
• maintain a clean work area
• follow production schedules and instructions
• collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
