The Recruiter role is onsite in Flint, MI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. First Day Homecare provides pediatric private duty nursing and other home- and community-based services, with a mission to improve clients’ lives through comprehensive care and collaboration. The recruiter coordinates the agency’s hiring efforts so qualified field staff are available to meet client and referral needs. Full-cycle recruiting, applicant tracking, communication with service coordinators, and recruitment reporting help maintain appropriate staffing for care delivery.

What you'll do

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• post jobs, screen candidates, and initiate onboarding before handoff
• manage the applicant tracking system
• maintain recruitment activity logs and conversion rates
• meet recruitment metrics
• communicate with service coordinators about open needs, case fit, client preferences, and recruiting
• participate in agency meetings and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
• maintain confidentiality.
