What you'll do

• Assist with developing and coordinating project plans and specifications
• review plans and specifications for accuracy and make recommendations
• coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and county departments
• assist with cost estimates, bid solicitations, and change-order reviews
• conduct routine site visits and prepare progress reports
• review construction invoices
• develop preliminary site plans and estimates
• follow applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. May present items to the Commissioner’s Court and may supervise subordinate employees.
