What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor field staff
• help cover open shifts and maintain schedules
• assess staffing and equipment needs
• inspect stations, vehicles, and equipment
• investigate incidents and report concerns to the Operations Manager
• perform EMT/Paramedic duties
• support training and quality improvement
• assist with dispatch and respond to mass-casualty or unusual medical incidents as needed.
