What you'll do

• Own partnership lifecycle from initial discussions through MOUs, exclusivity, and binding agreements
• draft, negotiate, and execute MOUs, LOIs, PPAs, and other offtake documents
• structure financeable and legally sound deals with internal teams
• coordinate community benefits with partners and local stakeholders
• represent the company at industry conferences
• maintain pipeline and deal-stage data in Salesforce.
