What you'll do

• Lead core accounts, contract deliverables, and workplans
• manage client deliverables including communications, strategies, program designs, research, and reporting
• develop issue briefs and talking points
• oversee account staff, vendors, and partners
• contribute to proposals, renewals, and award submissions
• manage creative projects and communications calendars
• align digital channels with public relations strategy
• maintain client CRM contacts and follow-up
• support internal social impact policies and projects.
